Talheimer cancellation terms & conditions

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival; regardless of when you cancel, we charge a €50 administration fee per room/family.

For cancellations 13 to seven days before arrival, we charge a 10% cancellation fee, with a minimum of €50.

For cancellations six days to one day before arrival, we charge a 50% cancellation fee.

For a no-show, we charge a 100% cancellation fee.

In the event of early departure, we charge 100% of the room rate for the remaining nights.

Either contracting party — the guest or the accommodation provider — may terminate the accommodation contract no later than 14 days before the guest’s agreed arrival date.

Payment: You may pay by invoice and bank transfer within seven days after your holiday. We charge €30 each for the first and second payment reminders.
