Direct access to the Skicircus is just 150 metres from our ski storage room. Mitteregglift no. 37 takes you to the Westgipfelbahn & Zwölferkogelbahn. The Reiterkogel lift is also easy to reach after a short walk through the centre of Hinterglemm.

Our first home run: piste 39a on the Reiterkogel in Hinterglemm ends right by the neighbouring hotel. With fresh snow, you can sometimes ski almost to our ski storage room.

Our second home run: piste 6a on the Westgipfel in Hinterglemm takes you directly back to the Mitteregg ski lift.

You can reach Talheimer on skis from both sides of the Saalbach Hinterglemm valley: via piste 39a from the south-facing slopes and piste 6a from the north-facing slopes.

The ski bus stops directly at Talheimer. It provides easy, direct access to the Schönleitenbahn, Schattberg Xpress, Zwölferkogel and Hochalmbahn — alternative starting points for your day’s skiing.

The Wiesenegg beginners’ and practice area is 150 metres away, with a beginners’ lift (no. 40) and a gentle practice slope.

SkiLL Ski School is directly opposite and offers lessons for skiers & snowboarders. You can book lessons online in advance or on arrival.

The centre of Hinterglemm is 600 metres away. A pleasant stroll along the winter walking trail beside the Saalach river takes you there in no time.

The Glemmtal winter walking trail passes directly by the house, offering an easy stroll to Saalbach or Hinterglemm.

Talheimer has a spacious ski storage room: a private ski locker for each room with boot warmers, two drying cabinets for jackets, gloves, hats & socks, helmet storage, a waxing bench for skis & snowboards, current magazines, brochures and an internet station.

SkiLL Tuning: Your skis are collected from your accommodation between 4 and 5 pm and returned by 8:30 am the next morning. Your hot-wax voucher can be credited towards this service.

Free customer collection and return for hotels, guesthouses and apartments between Saalbach-West (from Hotel Sonne, bus stop no. 11) and Hinterglemm-East (Bergfriedlift, bus stop no. 15), at our pick-up points and partner properties according to the timetable. Includes 1–2 accompanying people, such as parents or partners; additional passengers incur a surcharge. Remote accommodation and mountain huts within this area are served on request.
